My favorite has always been....

"No, in old law a WIFE was an artificial person subject to the rules and
distinctions of civil law." - Abbot the Retard

In a pathetic attempt to discredit the facts associated with the laws of
coverture where a married woman LOST her separate legal
existence/identity (person) and the husband and wife were considered as
ONE person in the eyes of the law, that person being the husband, our
jester stated that a "wife" was an ARTIFICIAL PERSON.

When I asked the readers what they thought of his claim, of course the
readers had a good laugh at his expense.

----------
I have investigated this case thoroughly and discovered that the "wife"
in question was actually a blow-up doll that was bought on the Internet
or by mail order.

Therefore the "wife" was, indeed, an "artificial person". The tax
implications are obvious and I will not adumbrate them here.

Axqi
----------
"Could she have been an inflatable vinyl doll with all accesories?"

Thinker
----------
"Simple: He married a blow-up doll. :-)"

D. Stussy
----------
"It probably his nothing to do with law. More likely to do with the
availability of blow-up dolls, and consumption of too much alcohol."

Stephen Jenuth
----------

You will notice that even Jenuth recognized that it was he who made the
claim and laughed at the simpleton!!! lol

Take care people,

Abbot) Well, it seems StaR the detax pseudo-scholar has returned.
Rather than talk about his continuation of the Warman tradition of
pushing already failed detax theory (i.e. the residency theory) off on
gullible wannabe detaxers he would rather play NG games while his idiot
posse chortles on the sidelines.

But if one was in his shoes one might do anything to cover up the fact
that he was selling a snake oil method that had already been shot down
in Richey v. Indiana Dept of State Revenue.

I guess our boy thinks it's better to play NG games than admit he is
proposing to send fools using his theory to certain defeat in court,
for the sake of his own ego gratification.

Hey, StaR, after you get through cutting and pasting a million word
screed over this post why don't you explain to your posse why they
should detax when you don't.

This is the thread where you can continue to talk to yourself, Jack'O;

Abbot) All the detax posse can do is palaver when faced with the
reality that the new detax guru, StaR, is following the Warman
tradition of promoting methods he has not researched. In so doing StaR
is putting the gullibles who use those methods at real risk for fines
or jail terms.

One wonders if in the future StaR will show the same lack of compassion
for the families he will wreck as has Eldon for the families of Pinno,
Lockheart and Proteau.
